Thank you for your interest in the King’s Kids El Paso program. King’s Kids has been active in El Paso for the past 31 years, discipling youth through our two local, year-round teams, summer outreaches, and through youth and family camps. Last year hundreds of kids and families participated in our various camps and programs.
So what is our Senior Team? It is a group made up of teens between the ages 14 – 18 years old and utilizes a combination of: performing arts; practical help; street ministry; leadership training; and giving opportunities for the youth to teach others. Our goal is to develop tomorrow’s leaders today.
Please note that the annual fee for King’s Kids El Paso is $360 per teenager. This includes all meals, transportation and lodging during the school year, a T-shirt, the winter retreat and a youth conference near Albuquerque.
The annual Parent Meeting, that at least one parent must attend, is on Sunday, September 8 at King’s Kids from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. This will cover information for the year, commitment expectations, answer questions, and generally give information about King’s Kids El Paso and Youth With a Mission.
Membership on the local teams is very limited and we have many returning members on the Senior Team so please return all the required documents as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that every applicant will be able to participate on a team, but we will pray over each application submitted and respond back to you.
Every summer we begin taking applications for the following school year, and this year is no different except for how we are taking our applications. For the first time after 31 years we are going digital.
